i got a new bike! i got a new bike! so if you are standing on a street corner in chicago and you feel a gust of wind but see nothing...it was me riding past yo slow ass. thats right the caliente is super fast. it is black and beautiful.
i am working a lot less and it makes me happy. i think i am going to brave beauty school again. its time to get some fuckin money for my talent. no more waiting tables for yuppie mommies and their bratty kids.
now i time for all the important things like watching movies and sewing sequins on rubber bands and staring out the window at my pathetic little garden.
i went to see elephant micah at the hideout last night. i really went bc i never go to shows here and they are friends with my friends from home and i knew it would be a good, mellow show. i went with a friend and as soon as we walked in she ran into some art school kids she knows. i couldnt hear what they were talking about and all of a sudden some girl i dont know grabs my arm and goes "oh my god! you KNOOOOW elephant micah!!!" i recoiled as politely as possible, though i wanted to blow chunks ( ) and said no, not really. this is why i usually dont like girls and why i dont go to shows anymore. its not about enjoying some good music. its about networking and looking cute and acting cool and who you know blah blah blah.
i cant wait to go to texass. home will be fun too, but i think austin will be amazing and i cant wait to see my girl stove. august cant come fast enough.
