The traffic will NEVER go away, even after they expand the freeways like they plan to.. In LA there is three cars to every person and people populate faster then Cal Trans can build the roads! I remember being tormented with the traffic when I lived in Ventura -> I avoided the 405 like the plague! But after getting stuck up here dealing with the shitty weather I'd give up the mild traffic for more congestion to get my beach weather back!
