Fuck, I'm drunk. I've been nursing a bottle of Smirnoff vodka since I got home from work, and I just felt like saying some shit. I don't even know what I'm typing. It's not like I have something on my mind that I need to get out, I just feel like saying some shit.
OK, I am terrified that I will end up in retail my whole life. I know people will groan at that, but I have worked every retail job with at least one person of any age, so I know it's a possibility. The next time you shop at a store, know that the man or woman waiting on you may even have a fucking degree in journalism from BU and they're putting your fucking books in a bag (And no, that is not me. I didn't go to college, but I, just today, found out that a nice lady I work with has a degree from there and works weekends at my store.). That's fucked up. I don't even have a college degree. So, like, if someone has a college degree and is doing my job on a part-time basis, does that mean I will not even accomplish as much as they have, or does it mean that irony will jerk off on me and I will swallow its sweet load and be successful in light of there misfortune through studying?
