make them smaller in paint or photoshop
i usually just use paint to shrink down my pics

right click your picture and click open with...and choose paint
then while in paint go to Image
then to stretch/skew
then enter 50 in one box and 50 in the other
that will cut the pics size in half ...that should do it

no problem
dont forget to save them from there too!

if you want to keep the original pictures too, then use the save as...

but if not you can just select save and it will save the new size over the old one
