Blog homework spirit animal by @MISSY, @LYXZEN and @rambo
Guysssss my spirit animal is none other than the incredible Lady Gaga.
She is soooo creative and loves to push the boundaries and OH MY the colours and things!!! Ever since i was 15 my sister has been practicing special effects makeup on me (she is a special effects makeup artist now), so for many years i have been walking around as kooky characters down the street, at events, conventions, photoshoots, you name it! So since i was young i have been used to people staring at me in either a WTF kinda way or in an OH MY GOD FABULOUS way!!! So i learnt to embrace it and love it, and Lady Gaga definitely owned this characteristic down to a T.
If someone comes up to me to do a project that is unique and bizarre i am there, i also love pushing myself to get into the head space of the character i am meant to be portraying, i am all about the kooky.
There is of course the whole fetish side of Gaga, i'm not into fetish anymore but i used to be, but i absolutely still am totally in love with the clothing, the idea of fetish and love to watch everyone with there fetishes. She is like the modern Madonna, pushing the norm and i hope she never ceases to stop because she is such a hero to me.
A lot of the time when im bored i do my makeup crazy, as weird demons, skulls, sad, arty, comic: pretty much as whatever comes to mind or im feeling at the time, i feel like Gaga does this in her clips and she has a huge impact/say on what does goes into her clips look wise, to match the music she was creating at the time. Sooo guys i choose Lady Gaga as my spirit animal and i will forever love her, i hope she continues to grow and inspire as i also wish to continue growing in my creativity and taking on her fabulous ways.
Also she is SUPER nice!
