So I have this co worker that I get along with pretty well. The only problem is that she is a stress case and worries/ freaks out about every thing all the time. She also hates her job and our boss and expresses that on a daily basis. How do I tell her that she is making work life difficult for the rest of the staff and that if she is unhappy she should just pack up and go? Help!
