So I have been thinking about my job options. I need a better job. I need a better job fast! As it stand I make 10/h which is barely enough for one person. I am on the virge of collecting unemployment or welfare because of my other job that I lost well not lost I'm between assignments. But here are some other options I'm considering...
MOVING TO ANOTHER LOCALITY
PROS: Better job market, more jobs, better wages
CONS: Higher cost of living, delayed time in job hunt, high initial costs, long amount of time looking for a place to live, moving costs, possibility of a bad market.
The real and I mean REAL big issue with moving is as it is right now I don't have enough money to move on my own. I have absolutely NO CLUE what job to get and where to get it. I don't have the financial or social support of close family and friends.
I don't know what I want to do with my life, let alone for the next 20 years, just the next 5 years I don't know what to do, not even the next year. I'd like a science type job but I need a job that pays well. I don't have a dual income, the odds of getting a dual income are nil. I'm clueless as to what to do. Here are some other options...
GO TO GRAD SCHOOL
PROS: More experience, better "prestige," different job markets open up.
CONS: Delays reality, increases debt load, over education.
FIND AN EMPLOYER THAT WILL PAY FOR TRAVEL AND MOVING EXPENSES
PROS: already stated
CONS: at my age and level of experience extremely unlikely given that I don't know what to do yet and have little work experience.
I'm fucked.... I need a car. But I can't afford a car without a better job. I need a better job to save money to afford a car... I need to move out of Indiana to get a better job to afford a car but I can't move out of Indiana unless I alrady have a better job and money saved up....
I'm in a Catch-22 gone wild.

Have you tried searching through online jobs listings for available positions wherever you're looking to move? I really think those are very tuned towards specific fields though and might not be viable for you.
Good luck.
