Sooo... I skipped town today! Yay random roadtrips! We decided to go home... but only for a day. Because that obviously makes it worth the 8 hour drive from Edmonton to Moose Jaw. Oh yes. And it is also worth the 8 hours back. *sigh* Randomness... 
I wanted to surprise my parents with this, but knew that I may be home late so I called and talked to my Dad. I told him when I would get here and not to tell my Mom... I finally get here... annnnnd they are asleep. Everyone. sleeping. They must have known I got here. The dog barked. But no. Don't get up. It isn't really important.
So my surprise was slightly ruined. Unless my mother and sister still don't know and they will see me in the morning.
Regardless, the trip was fun. Even though I am now contending with dial-up internet. The joys of being a farm girl!
