Do you ever notice how many daytime television ads/news stories etc~ are directed at Moms?!?!? I mean really, mom this, kid that, hey mom!. buy this, do this blah blah blah. I get pissed off. Just because we're women we must be moms??? is that the message??? is that all we are good for??? Seriously. some of us are home during the day and are not moms but women who are childless by choice and never plan to be a mom. Not saying some things shouldn't be directed at moms but really alomost every fucking thing? Dish soap, paper towels, internet service??? what about us women who are not moms and never plan to be. Why do they not show women like this in ads or market towards us??? I can't be the only one who notices this and is bothered by this. I just saw a ad for a story to be on the news tonight about mold on bread and the comment was "What mom's need to know" Well, guess what, I'm not a mom and I don't want to eat fucking hidden mold on my bread lol.

While I'm at it- I hate when ads/ or tv shows show men as the dumbass. The wife always has to tell them what to do. Seriously? Aren't men offended by that? Why do they always cast people in these neat little compartments of gender roles. Men are not stupid creatures who need women to guide them anymore than all women want children or rely on a man to support them. It really bothers me and I'm not the only one. I can't be. But what can we do about it? Bitch.
