I had the wierdest dream during my nap... total garbage..at one point I actually remember dreaming that I had poured ketchup on a Giro bike helmet and put it in the microwave... I don't know if I was planning on eating it or what.... wierd...

Helmets taste much better when they are prepared in a conventional oven. Microwaves have a tendency to dry them out and give them a salty flavor.
