For me if I feel down the first thing I tend to do is listen to some music 🎶
I find it can heal, and put you in a better mood. It can also make you feel not alone 💕
If you have a pet, cuddle it!!! Cuddling and hugging release oxytocin which is a bonding hormone! ❤️
I find that negative energy also finds it very hard to move through smoke, burn some white sage or some of your favourite incense 🌱
Maybes even have a little doobie 🙊🍁
Go outside, do some exercise and release tension as well as making yourself feel better 🌹 I find that nature and sunshine will always help in raising my mood. 🌴
If all these fail and I am still feeling low, I ring a friend or go see a friend, maybe a family member! 💐 I should never let myself feel that low that I can’t talk to anyone about my issues at hand ❤️
Oh...and don’t forget sex! 😂❤️ It’s cheeky but if it’s with someone you love, you definitely feel better ❤️❤️
I’ve learnt a lot recently about self-love 💖 love yourself and others will surely follow ✨
