In the last few weeks I have been making important decisions for the future and I feel very, very stressed, I would like to relax and think about it less but it is difficult, what do you recommend to relax?

🤗❤️ Long walks in the woods helps me focus on decisions though I usually just focus on clearing my mind.

What works for me…walks, meditation, and lately I’ve taken Tai Chi and Qi Gong. It has all helped my mind, body and spirit. I hope you find your way 🖤
