I am 3 pounds away from reaching my goal of 210 pounds. I started at 265 in June and told myself I needed a change and did it right away. I reached out to friends I know who are trainers and followed what I was told to do 100% of the way. Today I weighed in at 213 and it was a great feeling. If I make it last 210 it will be the lowest I’ve ever been as an adult. Super proud of myself, I wake up at 3 am to workout and I work 84 hours a week with no days off and I’m a student. Thought I’d share my moment of success! Hope everyone has a great week!
