It's been raining all day, so of course I have another sinus headache. I had to take two Clariton-D's and noise spray with more de-congestion. I am sitting here felling jittery and stoned, It just fucks with me all day long.
I have had sinus surgery and had my Turbinates reduce in size. I clean my sinus's out with salt water and personal humidifier. With all this I still can't get away from the dam headaches.
