I'm 43 yrs old, and I've been a screenprinter since i was 16. It's been my passion for all of these years, but it's taking a huge toll on my body. I have arthritis in my back, elbows, knees and shoulders. Well one shoulder now(left one is replaced). Everyone is telling me to start looking for another line of work, but it's like telling me to stop breathing! I love creating something that people look at and say, "That looks awesome!" I wake up early, stretch and get everything warmed up, then take a walk. It's a painful process, but it's what I have to do to keep my body working correctly. I've also lost 50 lbs in the last 7 mos., doctor's orders on that one or I have to have my vertibrae fused. Hopefully I'll be able to play soccer this year. I think rugby might be done for me, but we'll see. Hopefully I didn't bore anyone with this. Just having a reflective moment while sitting here, and decided to get it out. I say it alot, but it's cathartic for me. Some of my T's.![]()
