mm note to one self don't right blog at 11.30 at night.
Had a big crash on my bike yesterday I am sort of wondering if being 43 maybe to old for floating through the air on my bike!!! Bollox your never to old! just takes a little longer to recover that's all, I will be damned if I am going to join the rest of the fat beer bellied losers down the pub!!
