I walk about 7-8 miles after work every day. No music. No podcasts. No babbling talk radio. Just walking. I meditate to the sibilant breeze in the palm trees and the sundown chorus of birds all around me. Either I'm becoming a neopagan or I'm turning into Forrest Gump.

It's amazing how much better you feel, even if you only did it a few times a week. It's like taking a broom to a dusty attic. Clear that crap out.
