Today was nice. Worked from 6am to 11ish. Then went to Little Rock for Smile Church. It was okay, but not enough people showed up. So, we just spent most of the day hanging out on the grass eating freeze-pops, and enjoying each others company. I really hope we get a good turn-out next week. Then, came home, ate a yummy burrito and watched...

Thanks so much for the congratulations! The Wizard of Gore was such an amazing project to be a part of, and I'm glad you enjoyed the film!
I took off a little early from work today, and went to an afternoon showing of Halloween 2. I went in hopes that there wouldn't be a lot of people there, which I assumed would rule out having to hear people talk through the entire movie. Not the case. The only person, in a theater of about 15 people, who wanted to talk sat two...

Yep, this is why I wait til the movie goes on DVD. Rude people make movie theaters sucky.
I'm about to leave the house and see where the evening takes me. Perhaps downtown, perhaps to the movies. Destination: uncertain. ETA: unknown. Let the journey begin.

Sometimes when you don't know where you are going you have the best time because you don't have to 'stick to a plan'
Today was an interesting day to say the least. It started off with the usual 6am to Noon shift at work. Then I hightailed it to Little Rock, AR for Smile Church. Where we gave away a lot of free hugs and popsicles, and had an amazing time doing so! Then, before leaving got an invitation to come visit with some friends who were...

I do wish you luck on not getting arrested. I hope you go in with confidence and self control. Thats the only way to winn with the system ...to not let them get to you.(even though we never win with the system) Everybody argues, and they are always right no matter what you do.If you are the adult and calmy state your beliefs maybe your time there will be short. I do wish you luck!! I also hope your week looks up.

My little sis' got released from jail today, and now she just has to get the paperwork together showing that she paid off the money they said she didn't pay them. Then she'll have to try to get back the $150 bond out fee, the $270 impound fee for her car. Not to mention she missed 2 days of work and had a gallon of milk and other groceries in the trunk of her car for two days (eewww). At least she's no longer sitting in jail for something that was paid off years ago. (looking forward and optimistic).
Had a great evening visiting the family, and eating some yummy food tonight. The best part was getting to spend some time with the nephew. I really wish I could see that kid more often, he's growing so fast. Now the rest of the night is wide open. I got 36th Chamber of Shaolin, and Dolemite from Netflix laying around, maybe I could watch them.....or...

Back from the midnight screening of District 9. I really liked the movie a lot. The theater was packed and the only people who wanted to talk in the theater, from what I herd, was the fucko behind me and hes d-bag friends who thought they should talk loud enough for everyone to hear them, because apparently whispering to each other would have just been...

I am really saddened by the news about John Hughes passing. He was an incredible writer/director/producer that gave us so many incredible movies, that I still love to watch to this day. The first movie written by Hughes that I can remember seeing as a child was National Lampoon's Vacation. From then on I was hooked on Hughes' work. Wether behind a pen...

Assjack's album finally gets released tomorrow (Hank III). Holy shit, I've been waiting for this to happen for quite a while now. Can't fuckin' wait.

This album is amazing!
Long night at work . But on the bright side, I did manage to pick up The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. (the complete series) for 20 some odd dollers!!! Hail to the king, baby. Now to try and stay awake and watch as many episodes as I can.
I finally got around to seeing Star Trek tonight, and it was amazing. First of all there was only about 15 people including myself in the theatre, so that was a blessing. I just really liked the way they did the script,
and the casting was amazing as well. Eric Bana was a great villain. And my two favorite...

I am so sad to hear about Michael Jackson's passing. I remember so many performances both live, and on these things called music videos that used to come on a channel called MTV. R.I.P. Michael.
