dear mr. smxxxx,
i know your the owner (not really, just partner and very small partner at that since the owners are actually an insurance group), but really, walking into the restaurant with the family unexpectedly while we are extremely bussy is not good for your business. i know i'm just a peeee-on to you, but you have hired me to help run your biz properly for you so take my advice as good business sense.
do not bring numbers of people in to eat. esspecially when we are bussy. and asking for obnoxious items and making your staff run around aimlessly while they have PAYING customers! really? you do not pay. therefore food cost goes up! i can't properly budget with you just throwing away money. that is what you are doing.
i have had to experience this before with other owners and i know how tempting it must be to bring everyone you know into the place to show-off, but it costs money. and basicly your spending my raise. so, you suck!
i am letting you know now for the last time. your PAYING customers come first! and they get whatever they want. you on the other hand come last. trust me i will accomidate your every need no matter how rediculous, (since you do pay me)but your at the bottom of the heap.
understand this is the best approach for your business...
thank you for your time,
patissier
P.S. your wife thinks about my desserts more than sex with you. just thought you should know...
P.P.S. your niece trys to seduce me and wants to fuck in your office. cheers!

Thanks for the comment on my set
I also know what a baker's formula is, and can measure successfully with both volumes and weights.
I even know how to make ganache... and always cream my butter thoroughly before incorporating the wet ingredients.
Am I hired?
