oooo good question! Ummmm I would pick my Gran first as she is no longer with us and I miss her lots :) Second I would pick probably Hayley Williams so I can fan girl her and have a DMC with about life.

Depends on the mood of what I want to eat that day, I get excited by cooking meals that I haven’t before. Recently I’ve been really into cooking more Asian foods like hot and sour soup 🤤
HOWEVER when I was pastry cheffing, these chocolate layer cakes were my favourite to make. Chocolate mousse, thin chocolate sponge with a thin berry jelly, topped with delicious glaze.
@captainmcbarky I am interested in the career stuff, well, interested in a lot. Did something make you "quit" being a pastry chef?
So I’m really passionate about all things, sweet pastry chef in I’ve worked on some really nice places. So I worked at this really nice hotel, five star, two or three rosette restaurant, I can’t remember. I was Pastry sous chef in a team of six (just in the Pastry) I was paid very well the hours were very long and it was quite stressful. This is manageable with the people that you work with so we were all got on quite well so it was quite lovely. However, my exec chef. I simply couldn’t work with anymore because he would shout us so much and it just got too much in the end. I went to go work at a different place which was okay until my mental health started suffering so enough was enough, so I just moved to front of house and I just haven’t gone back since cause I’m afraid and also I’m quite content where I am. Simply life is too short to work that long hours, I realise that I choose me how and I choose life.
@dwestfan13 What was your favorite trip you've ever taken?
so I think it was in 2018, me and my partner at the time drove from England to Amsterdam, stopped in Bruges for lunch on the way. Stayed in Amsterdam for a few days, then drove to Italy, stopped in Germany Freiberg for a night. When we got to, Italy, stayed in Sestri Levante for three nights. Then on the way back home, stayed in Reim in France. Drank champagne, in the champagne region. Then came back home again. I’d like to do it again because you see so much and it’s so beautiful driving through it was a great experience. The only negative was me drunkenly, dropping my phone in the Amsterdam reverser than not having a phone for the rest of my journey to take pictures on 😅

it would be a long trip to watch the Spider-Man’s, but sure! I have not played any other Spider-Man game, apart from the one that was out on PS4, and then miles on PS5. And I have got platinum on both. And have completed trophy for ultimate new game plus. 🤓 🕷️
