The Hallowe'en party was typical, and fun. Not only were we invited, but also friends of Maggie, and her husband. People pretty much wore the same costumes. I suppose at some point, you spend a lot of money on a nice costume that is just what you like, you take it out once a year, and that is that. No reason for more. This does not apply to Aisha, who is buying costumes furiously.
Maggie announced that we could take Monday off. Unexpected three day weekend! Who else gets Hallowe'en off? Conservatives rock!
We were pleasantly tipsy all night, but did not really get drunk until the end. Even so, we kind of held off. We left a little early. As we were trying to hail a cab, Aisha whispered "All I can think about is sex." That is a good kind of drunk. As the Bard wrote, "Alcohol giveth the desire, but taketh away the ability." No problem for a woman, who can just lie there.
As for me, I was not really interested in sex, but I really wanted to go down on her, so our goals were complimentary. I was thinking of an inter-mammary, which Aisha does (she does just about everything), but it is not her favorite. We did manage to keep our hands off each other on the ride home.
We got in bed, and went until dawn. Aisha needed some lube by the end.
The haunted house we went to today was a long drive, but it is considered one of the best, so we were saving it. Sure, zombie nurses with chain saws are scary enough, but this place was not just monsters jumping out at you. There was plenty of that, but lots of sucker punches. They go you thinking one thing was going to happen, and then threw something totally unexpected at you. Very well done. We went through it three times, and it was still frightening even though you knew what was going to happen.
I did not watch the race today, since my guy, Smoke, is better on longer tracks, and this was the slowest track on the circuit, only a half mile. The guy I hate the most, Jimmie Johnson, is very good at it, and he finished second, behind Tony. So I missed a win by Smoke.
No football until the late game. It was great, because the Cowpies lost. I think there is a real lack of IQ with that team.
