My stiff neck is still giving me grief today.. but think its getting better, as is my cold!
Unfortunately can't say the same for my ear stretching, took out the 4mm taper to rub some vitamin e oil on it and it started bleeding so i must of pushed it a bit too much. feels ok now but will have to be mega careful now. boooo i'm too impatient for stretching lol
