ive been watching this hilarious show. its called my super sweet 16, and holy fuck its ridiculous. all these rich girls parents throw them billion dollar birthday parties with cars and strippers and 5 thousand dollar dresses. and they are the worst bitches on earth. they treat everyone around them like they are only there to owe them something. it actually made me realize how lucky i am to have grown up paycheck to paycheck, because it actually does build charecter. also i saw corpse bride and it was okay; pretty but unmemorable. more work tomorow, and monday, and thats it for the week. it sucks, but im happy to be going to seattle at the end of the week. im going to be visiting my high school and donating some prints that will be auctioned off to benefit hurricane victims. nova art shows are always a little silly, with lots of menstrual-centric art and collages from 17 magazine, but its part of the essence of the school i guess. i wont be there to find out if they get sold, but oh well. probably mostly just peoples parents buy things. last years benefit for the school saw fancy students trying to sell paintings for 200 dollars. it happens i guess. i dont like to be mean but ive known too many rich girls who made really bad art and got scholarships to art school. why do rich people need scholarships? i dunno, i digress. oh and one of my coworkers is pregnant. shes 17 and shes going to keep the baby and marry the father. it makes me very sad. these are bitchy things to say i suppose. maybe i should take a nap and then i will feel nicer. but i think it would still be sad.

Eeeee, I dont know that I'd enjoy that TV show at all... Things like that tend to annoy me. Granted, I'm not a big fan of reality tv.
As for your coworker... I'd say it depends on the circumstances. I sure as heck wouldnt want to have had a kid that young, but... If the parents are in love, and will be able to provide a good home for the kid, then it should be alright. I've a coworker that's only middle aged, and celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary last year. That's kinda cool.
