I'm feeling worn out and unmotivated...
Overdue for a reset.
It's not going to be easy. I hate that part.
I have to get back on a less-vampirish schedule. Stop with attempted retail therapy. Spend more time in the sunshine and get back into yoga. I think it's time for me to do another 30 day challenge. It's been said that it takes 40 days to change a habit, so 30 or 40 days, we'll see. I forgot how good it felt to be doing a yoga class a day. I guess I got too comfortable with the freedom of my yoga pass... It seems like I barely use it now.
I didn't blog about the last challenge I did (before the winter olympics) and about halfway through, I really wish I had. I'm going to make a conscious effort to blog about this one... even if its just so that I can see things change.
What is the hardest habit you had to break? How many tries did it take?

I also gave up smoking pot but I can't say I'll never smoke that again, but it's been a very long time since I did.
I do my best to follow the wise words of Master Yoda, "Try not. Do or do not, there is no try."
