Something I've never understood about myself... Why do I enjoy listening to music that makes me wicked sad? Who wants to be sad? I don't! But why do I have such a great time listening to things that put me on the edge of crying? I don't know if I'll ever understand that. Oh well... back to the sad songs.

School has started... hooray! Today was pretty fun. We worked on knife skills and also learned how to make the perfect loaf of french bread. We eat this same french bread EVERY DAY for class because it is one of the three components to a complete meal. I'm on the "Hot Line" for the next 5 weeks so I will be preparing the main course...

So far my time in Denver has consisted of sitting around the house during the day and hanging out with my roomies at night.
