Well there I go being inactive for too long! Damn working everyday!

I have had some good news lately. Looking forward to seeing my son again in June!!!

I'm trying the online dating thing and it's been interesting. I will admit that I'm pretty shy, so I've never really contacted a guy first. I usually just look through my messages and decide if I want to reply to any of the guys that have messaged me. After going on a few dates with no luck on finding someone I connect with, I decided to do some searching and found someone that interested me, so I sent him a message. He messaged me back and hopefully we'll set up a date this week! He already asked me, but my work schedule didn't allow time for a date last week. I hope I get at least one evening off in the next week.

I've been experimenting in the kitchen lately and decided to try a bunch of new soda flavors. I made a butterscotch double cream soda and a cardamom anise ginger ale that were pretty good. I've also been trying new desserts and I made sauteed Asian pear with Saigon cinnamon, brown sugar and Chai concentrate with warm tapioca pudding and poured it on top of a short cake. It was delicious!

Unfortunately my laptop broke and there goes my webcam! I hope to get a new camera soon so that I can share new photos!
