oh man. I just had a 2 hour deep tissue massage on my broken arm. yowza. I think it did a world of good but I'll know for sure in the morning.

then I had an amazing dinner at hanabi on haight street,I love that place so much...something about the wide range of folks eating there really rocks my world

now I do 20 minutes of ice on my arm and pass out
