The serpentine belt broke on my car the other day due to a bad bearing. It among a growing list of issues with this vehicle I am currently driving. Needless to say I am in the market for a new car. What I really like to know is why auto sales people make the process more complicated than it need to be?

Just saw the new Harry Potter Film, it was good but not as good as the other films in the series....
