my new place is fucking awesome. i got all my shit in and unpacked and now it feels like home. i really liked living at thhe jerk store, but this new place is way more comfy, even if it is smaller.

i also have a new job! i work at groppi's market across the street from the cactus club. there you will find overpriced groceries and oh so friendly help (me!). i'm just doing the register for now, but i'll probably wind up in the deli - servin' stuff up.

props to miss sarah for hooking me up with the job. if you read this, girl - i owe you big!

what else?

um, i think i'm about to get kicked out of the autumn view. eh. but i'll be trying out for another band tentatively titled the dynamite professionals. i just like to rock, and need a space to store my sprawling collection of drums and drum accessories.

ooh. also, there's this girl i'm kinda into. i'm pretty sure she's into me, too. i woke up with her this morning and it was cool. we had to walk all the way to cactus club to get our cars alll hung over in the sunny sunniness of late morning. the ticket fairy shined on a certain toyota hatchback - a freebie! i can't remember how the hell we got back to my place (oh yeah, justin's borrowed volvo!). and where did that coffee stain come from?

so after a rough july & august, things are coming back together for the joey formerly known as an artist. i hope my update was worth the wait and not too boring.
