well, the conference was actually rather fun, very little sleep, a lot of alcohol, and even some interesting lectures. this week has been a hurry to finish things off before the easter break. we finally finished filming, though some of the shots were a bit botched, and were ready to start editing when we get back.

What exactly is it about yourself that makes you a monster? What do you hate about yourself? Do you really actually hate any specific things or do you just hate yourself as a whole? I find it much easier to find every single fault I can in the rest of the world rather then myself. I suggest you do the same. Buck up. I know it seems impossible. Been there. You don't have to buck up if you don't want to. Just try to love yourself. It really does feel quite good.

Consider doing a photo journal of your dalliances with self mutilation. It may help you to see things through someone elses eyes. Try seeing it through Caitlins eyes. Maybe do it online here.
