I used to be overweight when I was younger. At 15 I weighed almost 70kg, everyone who knows me can tell you that. I was addicted to sugar and expecially to coke and sodas and I ate a lot of fried food and snacks. Once I went to do a healt check-up and came out my liver was 50% bigger than the normal and that if I kept living and eating like I was doing I'd have died by cirrhosis in few years. So I started thinking to all my projects and all my friends and family and I decided to erase anything unhealty from my diet and life. I started to eat vegetables, fruit and cereals and found out they are the tastiest things on earth, I started to drink 2 litres of water per day and eliminated chips, sausages, sodas, sweets and shit from my diet. I started to make some exercises and to love my body and watch its progresses day by day.
And now that's me without almost any effort: I simply eat everything, well and wisely and I'm healty and happy! And now I weight 47kg and EAT!
So don't forget to love yourself. When you do it, it shines out from you!<3
