My kids come home tonight. I miss them. They have been gone for a week.
School will start for them on the 8th. That is very soon.
Triathlon on the 13th. HOLY CRAP. No but really... I'm totally ready.

Well 4 moths into training for the triathlon.
My BP has gone from 130/80 to 88/52.
We went to the coast today and rode around the lake. It was hardcore and totally awesome. The hills kicked my ass. I chipped a tooth on my bike going up hill.
Super tired tonight.
Off to the pool in the morning.

Back when the market crashed, I started buying large amounts of health insurance stocks. Health reform will either make me alot of of money, or a shitload of money off all the people who think I should pay more taxes to support them There is the possibily of it only being short term if the communists try to over regulate when they see the outrageous profits created by their healthcare reform

Well I came home last night and she said she is moving away on Friday. This is the extent of the communication. So my mom leaves on Friday and my step kids leave on Monday and my kids will then go to see their dads house for a week. I think my life is about to get really quiet. ahhhhhh
