I almost didn't want to blog because the comment war between me and melicious was just too awesome. BTW, found a new favorite website (besides SG) called Pundit Kitchen. It's run by the guys over at Icanhascheezburger and Icanhashotdog and its all sorts of political LOLs. I've been giggling all day and I've found all sorts of pictures (my profile picture) also changed my pic on facebook, and I have desktop pix for the next... EVER now.
I even made a LOL myself, check it out at My John McCain LOL.
This week's news:
- Wrecked my car Friday night on the way to go meet my okiefriend. I hate US 75 downtown. fucking hate it. Got an 09 Camry for a rental which is just a badass ride. I'm gonna miss it
- Been given more responsibilities at work which is always a good sign. I'm doing more projects like episodes of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" which are waaay more entertaining than soap operas, UGH.
- Still have no "sleep schedule" set for my horrific work schedule. I work 630a-3p... and I feel like a complete geriatric if I go to sleep before 11 or 12 so right now I'm napping when I get home (naps, ftw) then sleeping from like 12-430.... so far, not awesome. But it's the only thing that makes sense other than going, "hey bosslady, um my schdule blows."
- I'm thinking about going to the OU/Baylor game coming up... but if I go to that one, I'm not going to go to homecoming which is OU/Kansas. Hmm, which would be a better game... DUH. Also considering doing Alumni Band. I'd get a better seat, would get to see band friends, would get to play boomer obnoxiously loud into old people's ears.... It'd be around $150 for the ticket and lunch and shirt and everything, so not too much more than just the damn football ticket. I have until the 20th to figure it out and get it postmarked.
- Made an appointment with the dermatologist to get some more spots checked. I got labeled "pre-cancerous" last go round and I haven't been in 2-3 years so let's see if I've got "The Big C" yet, shall we? Tune in next week for the results in....
