Pale Enchantress

In the time between times you may glimpse her,
Walking in snowy mountain forests alone,
Once beheld no women will you prefer,
And to all others your heart turns to stone.
Leave the gloaming wood I say forever more,
You can be hers but you must pay the price,
Will you come to the mound that is her door?
To the Pale Enchantress will you pledge your life?
Then walk nine times around the faerie hill,
And give yourself to her whim for seven year,
To be filled with both joy and pain until,
Your mortal body and mind learns to fear,
The absence of her touch, her yielding suppleness,
The mad intoxication of the Pale Enchantress.
