DUH!
Yoga!
Man but that's some good shit right thurr.
Yin yoga, the compliment to the more dynamic and muscle-focused yang styles (e.g. vinyasa, which is what I usually do), focuses on tendons and ligaments through deep poses held for, in this class, 3-5 minutes. Some of them feel a little bit like dying, but it's that productive pain that you just know is doing your body good. Plus, I'm now flooded with tasty endorphins! It's a natural high, and man, I was jonesin' for a hit and didn't even know. Shiiiit, bro. *deep sigh*
Plus, it's Friday. Amen.
