I wanted to be the first kid on my block to get a confirmed kill... But instead I got two Trust Obey cds and a pair of engineer boots!
Hello out there in inter-web-land! I'm back it's been a while I know but that's how I am, either it comes free flowing or in the occasional spurts and well I really have no control over where and when the mood will strike me so let's just cherish the time that we have together shall we?
Well let's see, my birthday, it came, and it went without too much of a fuss. This year I wanted it to be really under the wire and it was. Most people didn't find out till much later. I was like ha! Too late! Alas some of you still dropped in with the magical birthday wishes, it's amazing to think of the calenders I must appear on, so thank you guys.
Let's see there was Christmas. I love Christmas, but this year it was weird. I dunno, I think it was because all my presents came in DVD format, I swear everything I got was a DVD box set or a complete season/series. I didn't know what to think. Granted I like and wanted all of these things but I can't watch this much television straight. It's going to take me forever. Though I did make short work of 21 Jump Street the complete first season. I only ever wanted the first couple of episodes where Frederic Forrest played the captain. I like that guy. I got My So Called Life, finally, and American Gothic which I thoroughly enjoy but damn when will I watch all of this? Still I love Christmas and I love spreading some holiday cheer. Sorry, to all the people out there who didn't get a card, they just weren't in the budget this year.
New Years, sucked balls, but then again it usually does every year I work. It's never really busy so I never make that much money and it always seems to be a big waste of my time. Though the New Year started on a good note. I slept, and Michigan won the Capital One Bowl. And Sharon is alright!
So this weekend I will be taking in some wrestling. I know it sounds geeky but what can I say I AM! Plus they put it right around the corner from me.
It's chopped full of the same independent stars that I was watching ten years agao when I was really into this stuff, so it's literally a nostalgia thing. It's like the tenth high school reunion, who got fat, who went bald, who's broker than you I will find out this Saturday.
So that's all the update for today people, but join me next time for when I will make my list of New Years resolutions. It should be a good old time!
