A guardian angel, put into a given situation, will turn to its ward and say "Think of the potential consiequences of your actions before you carry them out." all the while trying to change the path for the better.
A guardian devil, put in the same situation, will turn to his ward and say "Hey, could be fun." whilst ordering up two beers and trying to set up his ward with the girlfriend of the 400 pound gorilla at the pool table, causeing a a fight between ward and gorilla. During the first 2 minutes of said fight the guardian devil will down his beer, the wards beer, and some strangers beer, who is busy watching the brawl. He will then proceed, to tell his ward that he still has a chance with the gorillas girl if he can stay alive. The guardian devil will wait an additional 3 minutes before he intervenes. Several minutes later they will both be thrown from the bar, beaten , bruised, and drunk. The guardian devil will then turn to his ward and say "Did we learn our lesson?"
The ward will usually reply with "Yeah, next time YOU handle the gorilla."
