It appears that after awhile no matter what you do, drama seems to pop up and rear its ugly head. Fortunately for me it's not my own personal drama but things that are happening to my friends. Being the protective and loyal friend that I am I wish I could help fight each battle my friends go through but I have learned long ago that these things aren't entirely my business. Thus far I have stuck to my guns about staying out of the much save for one instance.
My sister in law is being a psycho and stalking my best friend. As it is I'd like to knock her upside the head for some of the mess she has spread about my husband but now it appears she is stalking my best friend (who told her never to call him again). Now this would be easy to just ignore her if we all weren't going to be in the same state as her for a week. My one hope for her is that she choses not to show up at our hotel room while my friend is there.
Then I get a phone call that my girlfriends husband carried a loaded gun around on Christmas day to prove the point that if she tried to leave he'd take her out. Fortunately she's one of the smart ones and called the cops. She's now safe and sound else where. Just hearing all of that made me wish I could have been there for her. This is why I begged her to come up to Vegas for a few days. I haven't got to hang out with that girl in over a YEAR! I don't even know what her son looks like now!
All that aside I think that perhaps if I need to focus on getting my shit together for my trip. I just figured out everything I have to do before I go there and the list looks some what intimidating. I figure it's better to put the drama on the back burner than to be stuck thousands of miles away from home unprepared for what ever craziness is going to happen. Atleast I can try to make that work!
Oh well atleast I have green hair HA HA HA!
Any of you hate flying as much as I do?
