Well, my Easter was colorful and fun. I know fun isn't usually a word thrown in with this holiday but it was. I went to my Grandma's house where my parents stuffed us with smoked ham, garlic asparagus, and cheesy spaghetti squash casserole. This was followed by cherry cheese cake and pineapple upside down cake. Yum yum yum, love homestyle cooking! Especially when I'm not the one in the kitchen having to make it. Ooooh and my mum gave us all easter candy....and it just dawned on me that I sound like I'm six....but it was still rad. Any who, after that we visited my boyfriends folks place where we hung out, drank coffee, and I concentrated on not dying from my cat allergies (as I've said before, they are close to being cat people). Then we ended the evening at my friend's house where I met his boyfriend who, by the by, makes a pretty convincing girl. So yeah, that was my Easter!
Things outside of that have been totally nuts since I'm trying to move, while balancing school and work. My boss has scheduled me every day that I'm not at school so this has had me creatively schedule moving boxes around that pain in the butt that is my schedule. Right now I sort of feel like Sysephus pushing a rock up a hill only to have it roll back down. For as many boxes as I've packed already, it looks like I barely made a dent in my room! This will not do! Hopefully I can make some head way after school today.
Other than I'm trying to find the first season of Magnum P.I. on dvd for my friends birthday this Friday. Turns out that while they were filming the show here, Tom Seleck held the baby version of my friend....ever since then he's found big bush mustaches comforting. So I thought for his birthday I would make him a basket O Seleck....you know...as a fun thing.

I have looked on Etsy for baby stuff--I have quite a few things bookmarked. Eric's hanai-sister made a few "baby-sushi baskets" maybe she just assembled the clothes or made them too but she basically rolled everything so that it looked like sushi to give as gifts for friends. I was thinking of asking her to make one for me and tossing her like $50 or more because it's a lot of stuff plus a ton of time... but I'm not sure.
