Well kiddies I'm back from Sin City and finally over jet lag. It's weird, I still feel like I'm on vacation. I love coming back from vacation if only so that I get all motivated to do stuff when I get home.
My adventure consisted of.....
1.)Going to Viva Las Vegas every day of the event and seeing all the gorgeous people and cars there while spending lots of money shopping.
2.)Checking out the Grand Canyon which people have told me is a big ditch but I thought it was far too pretty to be ditch like and also had the bestest breakfast ever there.
3.)Checking out the Valley of Fire state park and hiking my little behind off and taking neato pictures. Atleast I think they were neat, I lost the role of film.
4.)PETTING A SNAKE! It felt like a cold weird finger and....I WANT ONE NOW!!!!!
5.)Petting a ferret....they are bitey little a-holes.
6.)Having an allergic reaction to five hours with a cat.
7.)Playing with my friends dog Dutchess who I am now totally convinced is a bat pig.
8.)Abusing the fact that the pool and hot tub were right next to my hotel room.
9.)Eating In N Out as much as possible followed closely by IHOP or anything else that we don't have in Hawaii.
10.)Found weights for my ears so they can finally stretch to a 0g.
11.)Met some of my husbands kick ass calabash family.
12.)Put over a thousand miles on our rent a car doing road trips.
13.)Took a mini van over a 4x4 dirt road nearly killing ourselves once said dirt road turned into steep mountain pass.
That's pretty much what I did over ten days! Had a blast and have finally finished recovering! Hope all of you had great Easter weekends and fun like stuff while I was gone.
Today I have to go look at houses with the husband AND start planning my trip to Pittsburgh. So utterly ready to go back to vacation land.

Before a fire, long ago, the city of Seattle was 10 feet or so lower than it is now. After the fire the city built it's sidewalks to the level they are now and the city looked sort of like a waffle because private citizens weren't so willing to cooperate with city officials. Obviously they eventually did and everything was built at the level of the new sidewalks. The tour takes you along some of the old sidewalks and tells the history a bit more elaborately and with a little humor, but that's it. It was rather dull and too short. We stood around most of the time and listened to our guide stretch what I just told you so we'd feel like we got our money's worth. All in all the tour was maybe 2-3 blocks long and that was it. We crossed the street above ground, then walked below. Walked one block, came above ground, crossed the street and did the same thing on the other side and we were done. It's sort of like walking around an extended basement of a small city block. But, that's just my humble opinion.
