I can't wait to go to New Orleans. I am so burnt out from working all the time. I mean I love my job but I still need to have some time off for balance.
I bought some clothes from Lip Service and they didn't ship one of my items, no explanation, and they knew it was missing. So I email customer service at about 6 pm. At 11 pm I got a very apologetic response from the head of the internet division saying as soon as he gets back in the office he will refund my purchase and give me a $25.00 gift certificate. Now thats customer service.
