What's something you HIGHLY recommend?
I’m finding time today on this glorious bank holiday to do some #bloghomework!
So to start this, I wanted to take you back a few months ago when I visited my best friend, who I had met online, in Aberdeen, Scotland.
We had been going through a hard time, both of us in work and in our personal lives for various reasons which I won’t go into, as anyone does during a time or times in their life.
She found it helpful for herself over the last 9 years to visit a clairvoyant called tanya. My friend, Scarlett, had visited many in her life and swore that this one had helped her out through out her life and surprised me by taking her to see her.
This was my first time seeing a clairvoyant, I was sceptical and so forth and many are. Though this is a blog post on what I would highly recommend, and I do think visiting a clairvoyant at least one time in your life is, this isn’t what my post is about. During the session, she had reccomned a film/ documentary on Netflix called “The Secret’
On my way back from Aberdeen I was involved in a car crash, ( I am fine, just cuts and concussion) The crash made me realise something in my life needed to change. I couldn’t keep going in the path I was and I knew that.
I got home from my trip and had a few trips to hospitals and chilled at home for a bit. One night I had remembered the show Tanya had recommend to me. So I put on ‘ The secret.’
To give a short premise, it is a documentary about the laws of attraction and manifestation. I HIGHLY Reccomned it to everyone. I find people need to have an open mind, it can be easy to laugh at it(it is very cheesy) but watching that show, changed my life.
I’m not sure what it is, a combination of positive thinking and knowing I am in control of my life and what happens in it that helped me. I began to follow the tools the show had given to me, and I really feel like I have found THE SECRET.
So to not go on too much, I HIGHLY recommend the show ‘The Secret’ on Netflix. Not only that, but I highly reccomend having an open mind and finding the positive outlook on life.
In regards to how I am now, well, with someone who has had a mental illness and depression since they were 10. I honestly have never been more happier in my life, never felt better. All the problems I had, are gone. I had to hit rock bottom to get to the top. I feel like I’ve gotten there, and never will fall again.

Oh, and I have a low opinion of "The Secret", but am very glad you've built a positive outlook found handles on your life! Each one of us who does so can be an inspiration to those who haven't come so far... yet.

@fullfeeling Defo important we all have the tools ready for if and when it does happen again and also to remember that if it does come back again, you're not at fault and ready to tackle this challenge as you have before
