My car is almost out of teh shop... should be done tommorow barring any more catastrophic discoveries.

First shop trip: $500
Master Cylinder & fan clutch: $75
Timeing belt kit: $100
Second shop trip: $700
Alignment shop trip: $350
Headlight: $80
Carpet: $150
Paint supplies: $150
Muffler: $50
assorted bits and pieces: $250

spare parts car: $600

eek! cars are *so* expensive - I can barely afford to keep mine, and I only have it during non-term times anyway!
