I am very excited to be catching Neko Case at the Park West the next couple days.



My boyfriend has a serious crush on her, but what can I say... at least he has good taste.

I haven't been blogging much, mostly due to some unexpected stress from an unexpected job opportunity that I expectedly did not get. Instead, I got the consolation prise. I have a real job now, finally. I work in the SUB-urbs. I have A-mazing health benefits as well as more "wellness" days than your average high-price, corner-office executive... but my salary is mediocre and my level of job satisfaction is null. My position is incredibly understaffed, so it will keep me busy; but the actual job is crazy boring and the my coworkers are burned out. The morale is really low. Pathetically low.

Other than work, life has been great.
