...still drunk from my friend's wedding reception last night. Tending to my SG journal. I got to play guitar in front of a crowd for pretty much the first time, though. It was fun, but we got shut down by the po-po about 12 minutes into it. Damn the quiet suburban refuge known as Edmonds, WA.

I managed to do some kegstands for the first time in my life. I felt like I was 15--though I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing. As the crowd thinned out the average age seemed to be about 17-18 and I realized there might not be anything worse than trying to make conversation with a 17 year old girl. It makes you want to take your own life. Seriously. Also, I almost got into a fight with some kid (I'm proud to say, I've never been in a fight in my life, but some people just need to be humbled, ya know).

PS - I'm upset that I've had plans during all the SGSeattle events lately. I bet they're a fun crowd. That's all...

PPS - By the way, how sad is it that I've been on here for a few months and I have 2 friends--1 of which is no longer a member? Is it a testament to my anti-social behavior or am I just a big ol' loser? How many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop? The world may never know...
