So, here's the Durer piece I've been getting done for the past couple months now.
I'm super stoked and it's being done by Liorcifer at Tribulation Tattoo, NYC. It's been a really great experience as we talk about black metal and going to shows the majority of the time, I don't think I could've found a better fit as far as a new shop is concerned. Sorry for the low quality image, but there's still plenty of work to go so there will be another chance to get a better one. At least you're able to swoon over my gangster underwear.
Here are some shows that I'm in, if you're around you should come to them. Under the Same Shadow is the one I'm most excited about, it's a two person show featuring myself and my good friend Alex. Among other things we've made a sound piece and a record player out of a skull upon which to play it. The show at LAMontagne should be really good too, they are in my opinion, the edgiest and most interesting contemporary gallery in Boston so I'm happy to be showing there. Also, now that I'm thinking of it, the show at iMOCA is kind of exciting too as it's my first time showing in a museum. So, there you go.

Otherwise, moving again, new apartment is awesome and has 14' ceilings and a skylight. Bad ass! Which is good because the place I'm living now is slowly being taken over by ants and there's seemingly nothing we can do about it. Lots going on.
Oh, saw Hammers of Misfortune and Ludicra when they were here, if you don't know them, you're missing out. Fuck I love those bands. I've also been listening to a great deal of Weedeater and Ultimate Dragons recently.
Shit, here's another quick edit:
I went to the Trash Bar the other night to meet up with some friends and Citizen Fish was playing a secret show because their bass player had just gotten married! Fucking sweet! I've loved that band since I was a teenager and didn't think I'd ever get the chance to see them. I totally nerded out and introduced myself to Dick Lucas. So stoked. If I were going to go gay for somebody, it would probably be that guy. Him or the guy that played Avon on The Wire.
Also, some friends and I were scheduled to go to the Frank Frazetta Museum last weekend in western Jersey, but apparently his widow died recently. The kids are now arguing over the estate or something to that effect and the museum is closed indefinitely. Kind of a let down so hopefully they can figure their shit out and realize there are a multitude of young men who want to come see some beautiful oil paintings of dudes killing each other and women with near erection inducing T&A.
Think that's it this time around, hope all are well.

my thesis is related to the HIV research that I was starting when I went to the ECCT.
My friend Devon and I are working on a large-scale art project involving cryptozoids...and antlers, among other things, are damn expensive (odd, considering Idaho and its cheap hunting tags is nearby).
