This is my third day, so i figured i'd just put something out there. my first day was 2 hours, second yesterday, was 3 and today was 4. every time i try something again, i get better, so like with all my other developments, i have no idea how far i can go working out my body. i am already maxing out 2 machines, a stomach = 290lbs and the back =310lbs. i am almost maxing out 3 others, it hink there might be 6-8 machine total, i am not sure.. once i max out every machine, from calves on up to shoulders, i will hit the free weights.
this is crazy for me cause, everything i do i give my all, EVERYTHING. by doing that i now have NO IDEA how far i can really go with anything. and i still do not know what i really want to do atm.
