make almost no difference, depending on the person, what the sound is. simply believing or proceeding with strong intention while going into a meditative state using your favorite sound, can activate what you need to get what you intend to get. it is your mind, you choose what you want in it and what you want to do with it ie. heal, strengthen, activate, pursue. of course one hasn't the ability to change the world as of yet, so meditative states should be focused on person building
