I can feel it happening- it's going to get co-co-cold here at my place. Already my skin-and-bone little hands are stiff and icy.
My place is gorgeous but was built by hand, by my landlord, in the early 70's. It's brick and wood and even has a fireplace, but the big double doors in the bedroom are draft central, as is the bay window in the bathroom (it came from a curio cabinet) (I know).
If anyone knows some handy and extremely affordable ways to seal out old Jack Frost this winter, puh-lease let me know. It's getting hard to type.

Get some of the plastic they make for windows, you apply it to the window with a hair dryer, and it helps a lot with the cold coming through the glass. Wal-Mart will have it in the seasonal section with all the winter type products.
