Update for paintedbat cause i was going to put this off till tomorrow...

Well the other night hockey wasn't very good... we lost because of a stupid call on the part of the refs... we scored a great goal... actually it was one of our guys that never scores... he took a slapshot hit the post and deflected in... we all celebrated cause that put us up 3-1 then we turned around to see the opposing team skating down the ice and scoring on our goalie who was turned around drinking some water... the ref said the puck never went in and contiued the play... it was so blatently in the net we thought it was a joke... it wasn't it was now tied 2-2 and we ended up losing the game off a couple bad deflections... i hate the refs in our league...

But after the game i had alot of fun... we all hung out and went to Brewsters for a few and just had a good time... which leads me to an interesting story...

My best friend Kelli comes up to me later in the evening and tells me she has something funny to tell me... she the proceeds to tell me that her new roommate had been talking a little about me when they were watching the hockey game... this is they way the conversation went...

New Roommate (a girl by the way): Your friend is really hot.
Kelli: Uhhh ok. (don't you love her confidence in me being attractive)
New Roommate: He's really nice too.
Kelli: Uhhh yeah. (not a duhh yeah... a confused yeah... like where's this going)
New Roommate: I would so go for him if he dated girls.
Kelli: Ummm he does.
New Roommate: Ohhh.

This whole conversation wierded me out at first but then i just thought it was funny... and this leads me to the question... how many people when first meeting me think i'm gay? I mean i could care less what people think my preferences are but this does hurt dating situations when i'm immediatly marked off... i guess i'm going to have to start wearing wife beaters and grease stained pants more...

Ohh and for you comedians out there i'm sure this is an apt opportunity to post in my journal all your pictures of me that are photoshopped or out of context...
